People who read Beyond the Veil now, while well and healthy, will at least know where to turn to look up the information if an unexpected emergency situation arises because all that information is in the book (what forms are needed, where to get them, who to notify, and so on). Those who actually use this information as a wake up call and get their own paperwork in order in case of a sudden change in health will have an app on their cell phone when they get to the hospital.

In 1989 Diane Goble started writing a book about the art of conscious dying but every time she sat down to write, information that had nothing to do with that concept kept coming through. She decided to meditate to try to figure out what was going on. She started seeing strange faces arising out of the darkness and messages, like a moving LED sign displaying a continuous series of symbols that made no sense to her. Then she would stop meditating and start writing information that didn't seem to be coming from her own mind. It seemed as though she was stepping down this other information from these unknown beings and translating it into written words.

"They wouldn't leave me alone to write my book until finally I agreed to write their book first then they would help me with the book I wanted to write. Sitting in the Lotus Blossom is the information they asked me to translate into written language and share with the world. It is about the meaning of life, this life and the life beyond, the evolution of consciousness and who we truly are.

I asked them who they were and what they looked like, and using my cartoon drawing talent I drew them as I saw them. I know it's a little weird (and this was during the 80s) but every time I go back and read what I transcribed, I'm amazed at the insight they imparted."

Relaxation Exercise 1&2

Get yourself in a comfortable position, turn down/off the lights, light a candle, turn off your phone and prepare yourself for relaxation.

Exercise 1 teaches a relaxing, rhythmic breathing exercise and a progressive relaxation technique to train your body to relax its small muscle groups. The more often you practice the faster your muscles will learn to relax with your breathing. Practice Exercise 1 for a week or two before moving on to Exercise 2.

Exercise 2 continues the rhythmic breathing excercise and shifts the muscle relaxation technique to your body's large muscle groups. If you hold tension in your neck and shoulders or other muscles, tense and relax them until they feel relaxed. Once you feel you have mastered the relaxation technique, you can listen to your favorite meditation music while you tense and relax your whole body as you breathe in and breathe out gently, naturally, until you feel very relaxed then just continue to pay attention to the breath as you gently melt into a relaxed pool of no thought.
